Your consult is conducted by phone or video and tailored specifically to your needs. Beforehand, you'll share a little about your goals and questions so we can make the most of our time together. Come with your questions — you'll leave with practical answers, clear recommendations, and a better understanding of your next steps.
Need More Than an Hour?
Some owners want hands-on help reviewing documents, improving processes, evaluating rental strategies, or getting everything set up correctly from the beginning. If that's you, we'll discuss your needs during the consult and Rebecca will provide a clear, flat quote for any additional work.
Support may include listing reviews, document feedback, operational recommendations, process development, and other rental-related guidance — not just conversation.
And your consult counts: the $175 consult fee applies toward any project we take on together.
